  • You can conveniently return or exchange any item within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Please do not accept any order if seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery.
  • All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons; and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
  • All items purchased from NOTOVOGA.COM can be returned for a full refund within 15 days from the date of delivery (as recorded by the shipping provider).
  • The customer will get the entire cash refund in the form of a Coupon Code under his registered email id for future use with NOTOVOGA.COM for future purchases. You can add this Store Credit Coupon Code in cart while checkout.
  • Store Credit can be used under the same purchase login credentials which will be adjusted automatically with your next purchase product billing amount. Once we receive the returned products, a quality check will be performed on the items by our quality team.

This is subject to the return having met the following requirements: 

  1. The items should be unused and unwashed.
  2. The packaging should have the original packaging and tags in place.
  3. They should be returned within 15 days from the delivery date.
  4. They should not get damaged in the courier transit done by you.
  5. Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
  6. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
  7. A notification with the status of the return will be sent to the customer within 48-72 working hours from the date of receiving the items back to us.
  8. Customers have to self-ship the items to NOTOVOGA.COM registered address.
  9. Against self-shipping, a maximum amount of Rs.100 will be added along with the product cost in the customer’s store credit as wallet balance or coupon code which will be mailed to customer and which can be used in store cart or checkout for future purchase.
  10. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.
  11. Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
  12. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.

Log into My Account section your NOTOVOGA.COM account View Orders press Returns Button select your product in list and Submit

(My Account > View Orders > Returns Button > Choose Product > Submit)

Ship the product you want to return back to us on the below mentioned address.
